PT Home Credit Indonesia (“Home Credit” atau “Kami”), suatu Perusahaan Pembiayaan yang berizin dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”), yang mengoperasikan  aplikasi seluler Home Credit ("Aplikasi") dan selalu berusaha memberikan layanan terbaik kepada Anda sebagai pengguna Aplikasi dan/atau penerima fasilitas pembiayaan Kami (“Anda”, “Pengguna” atau “Konsumen”), termasuk dalam hal transparansi kebijakan privasi Aplikasi Kami ("Kebijakan Privasi"). Oleh karena itu, Kami ingin memberi tahu kepada Anda bahwa Kami telah memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi Kami, yang efektif berlaku sejak tanggal 24 Mei 2024.
